The learned counsel Mr. Jitendra Patil, appearing for the applicant submits that, he is appearing with his colleague Ms. Payal Gayal, however, their appearance was wrongly shown for respondent/non applicant. Not only this, but on 18.10.2025, the office note shows that learned counsel Mr. Jitendra Patil, though appeared for non applicant but failed to file Vakalatnama, however, the office endorsement appears to be incorrect.

Therefore, issue fresh notice to the non applicant, returnable on 11.02.2026.

The applicant is hereby directed to serve the non applicant by regular mode of service as well as by registered Speed Post.

The applicant to furnish the envelope with required postal charges, on or before 25.01.2026, failing which the interim order granted by this Court on 04.09.2025 shall automatically vacated. 5.
