Applicant/wife has filed this Application to transfer the divorce proceeding bearing HMP No. 185/2018, pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Washim, where the Domestic Violence proceeding as well as the maintenance proceeding are pending. 2.

It is pertinent to note that the learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent has given consent for transferring the said divorce proceeding from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim, to the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhusawal. 3.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'.
