In pursuance to the order dated 22.01.2026, the applicant / husband and the non-applicant / wife, both are personally present before this Court. Not only this, but their daughter, who recently appeared in the 10th standard, also appeared. The necessary inquiry was made with the minor daughter. However, she shown her intention about not joining the company of her mother / non-applicant. Further, she does not want the visitation rights.

By the present application, the applicant / husband is seeking transfer of matrimonial proceeding i.e. Petition No.A-148

(( 2 )) 944-MCA-264-2025 of 2021 from the file of learned Family Court, Jalna to the file of learned Family Court, Aurangabad.

Considering the issue involved in the present application, the applicant and the non-applicant, are called upon to argue the matter on the next date.

Stand over to 07.04.2026. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier to continue till then.
