By this Application, the Applicant prays for the transfer of divorce proceeding No. A-148/2021, pending before the learned Family Court, Jalna, to the learned Family Court, Aurangabad. 2.
Heard the learned Advocates for both parties and perused the record.

During the argument, the learned Advocate for the Respondent has given consent to transfer the proceeding bearing No. 148/2021, from the learned Family Court, Jalna, to the learned Family Court, Aurangabad, as the Respondent is residing at Aurangabad.
2 903.odt However, he submitted that the Division Bench of this Court vide its order dated 24.04.2025, in Family Court Appeal No. 09/2022, has directed the learned Family Court to dispose of the matter as early as possible within a period of six months from the date of appearance before the said Court. Therefore, submitted that the learned Family Court, Aurangabad, be directed to comply with the said order. 4.
Having considered the submissions and the facts of the case, as well as the consent of the learned Advocate for the Respondent, I deem it appropriate to transfer the matter as both parties are residing at Aurangabad. As a result, the Application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause 'B'.

Accordingly, the divorce proceeding bearing petition No. A148/2021, pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Jalna, be transferred to the Family Court at Aurangabad. 6.
Needless to clarify that, as per the directions of this Court in Family Court Appeal No. 09/2022, on 24.04.2025, the learned Family Court, Aurangabad, is directed to comply with the directions given by this Court in paragraph nos. 8 and 9 of the said order. 7.
Learned Advocates for both parties submitted that the parties would appear before the learned Family Court at Aurangabad on 15.06.2026. From that date, the learned Family Court, Aurangabad, shall

The Application is disposed of. Inform the concerned courts accordingly.
