Heard Mr. Abhyankar, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Ms. Nimbalkar, learned AGP for Respondent No.1. 2.

Mr. Abhyankar, learned Advocate for Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of Contempt Petition on learned AGP. 3.

He has drawn my attention to order dated 19.08.2024 appended at Exhibit-A passed by this Court wherein specific direction was passed in paragraph No.3 of the said order. He would make a grievance that this direction has not been complied with till today when it required the Competent Authority to determine the grievance within 4 weeks.

I have impressed upon the learned AGP to take immediate instructions from the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority who was

1.CP.268.2025.doc seized with hearing of Statutory Appeal bearing No.253 of 2022 in respect of which the said direction was given and call for an explanation from him in writing and place the same on Affidavit in this Petition within a period of one week from today failing which this Court will have to take further steps in the Contempt Petition against the said Authority.
