The learned counsels appearing for the respective parties jointly submit that the present applicant has filed a proceeding for restitution of conjugal rights at Beed and the non-applicant has filed a Petition HMP No.20/2025 before the learned C.J.S.D., Karjat, District Ahmednagar seeking decree of divorce. Therefore, to explore the possibility of settlement the parties are ready and willing for mediation.

In view of above, both the parties shall appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Authority on 30.01.2026. Thereafter, the High Court Legal Services Authority shall refer the parties to the trained Mediator and shall submit the report as early as possible. 3.
