The learned counsels appearing for the applicant and nonapplicant jointly submit that there is every possibility of amicable settlement of matrimonial dispute between the parties, if they are referred to Mediator. 2.

In view of above, the parties to the present application are referred to Mediator for mediation. The parties shall appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Authority on 21.02.2026. Thereafter, the Secretary shall refer the parties to a trained Mediator. 3.

Stand over to 09.03.2026. The earlier interim order, if any, to continue till then.
