The Registry has suo motu listed this matter for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 14th July, 2025. 2.
It is pointed out that an amendment was carried out by the Petitioners by deleting Respondent No.2, with the remark that this Court has permitted the amendment. However, leave to amend does not appear in the order.

The learned AGP submits that the contempt notice has been issued to Respondent Nos.1 and 3. With the deletion of Respondent No.2, the contempt notice will have to be issued to the renumbered Respondent nos. 1 and 2.

In view of the above, paragraph no.5 be added to the order dated 14th July, 2025, as under :
5. Leave to delete Respondent No.2. Deletion be carried out forthwith and the serial numbers of the Respondents, be renumbered.

Consequentially, the words "Respondent No.3" mentioned in paragraph nos.3 and 4 of the order dated 14th July, 2025 shall be replaced with the words "Respondent No.2". 6.
