After hearing learned Counsel for the Applicant from time to time, thrice the matter was adjourned at his request, initially at 11:05 a.m., thereafter at 11:30 a.m., and again at 12:30 p.m., on different grounds. At this stage, learned Counsel submits that the Applicant intends to file a Rejoinder Affidavit and, therefore, seeks time.

Having considered his request, as a last opportunity, time is granted to the Applicant to file the Rejoinder Affidavit on or before 07th May 2026. It is made clear that no further time will be granted on any ground. If the Applicant fails to work out the matter, then appropriate orders shall be passed.
