In pursuance of the order dated 11.02.2026, the learned Mediator Mrs. Renuka Ghule-Palve submitted her report stating that the mediation is successful. The compromise deed containing terms and conditions of compromise deed is annexed with the Mediation report dated 04.03.2026. It is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

As per the mediation report, the applicant wife and non applicant husband agreed for amicable settlement on the terms and conditions (I) to (XI) mentioned in the compromise deed 'X'. As per condition (I), the applicant wife agreed to accept Rs.23,00,000/- as final and permanent Alimony, which the non applicant agreed to pay. As per condition no. (IV), the non applicant agreed to deposit the said amount of Alimony before the Family Court at Latur on or before 30.04.2026.

Therefore, in view of the amicable settlement between the parties, Prayer clause (B) of the present application does not survive. The Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. ( Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J. ) JPChavan
