Heard Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Korhale h/f Mr. Patil, the learned Counsel appearing for non applicant at length.

By the present application, the applicant wife seeking transfer of the proceedings bearing No. A-167 of 2025, from the file of learned Family Court, Jalgaon, to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division of Chalisgon, District Jalgaon.

Considering the averments made in the application and as such the non applicant having no problem to attend the said proceedings at Chalisgaon, where he is already attending other four matrimonial proceedings. Therefore, with the convenience of both the sides the

914mcappln310.25 Petition bearing No. A-167 of 2025 is hereby, withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Jalgaon, and it is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chalisgaon, for trial and for final adjudication. 4.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).
