The learned counsel Mr. Manwatkar, appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel Mr. More, appearing for the non applicant jointly submitted that, both the parties are ready and willing for amicable settlement of dispute, if they are referred to the mediator. Therefore, as per the convenience of both the parties they shall appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services, Sub Committee, Aurangabad, who shall appoint a trained mediator and shall refer the parties to the mediation.
