Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that inspite of protection granted by this court on 27th November 2024 which was continued from time to time, respondent no.2 has demolished the suit structure on 15th May 2025.

On perusal of the orders and statements made in the petition, prima facie, it appears that in breach of the orders passed by this court, the suit structure has been demolished. Learned counsel for the corporation submits that he shall take instructions on the allegations made in the contempt petition and Page no. 1 of 2
