As per the office note, the counsel for the applicant has not paid the Court fees on the Vakalatnama. However, today itself the learned counsel for the applicant has paid the court fees through online. Accordingly, the objection is overruled. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, at length. 3.

Despite service, the non-applicant failed to appear in the matter.

By the present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the applicant / wife is seeking transfer of

(( 2 )) 912-MCA-330-2025 the matrimonial proceeding bearing PA - 347 of 2022, pending on the file of learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad to the file of learned Family Court at Jalgaon.

On perusal of the application, I have satisfied that the applicant has made out substantial and bona fide grounds for transfer of the proceeding PA-347 of 2022 from the file of learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad to the file of learned Family Court, Jalgaon.

In view of above discussion, the present application deserves to be allowed. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. (ii) The proceeding PA - 347 of 2022 is hereby withdrawn from the file of learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad and it is transferred to the file of learned Family Court, Jalgaon.

(iii) This order be communicated to both the Courts. [ Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J. ] SMS
