I have perused the papers of the additional affidavit of the petitioner and the two additional affidavits filed on behalf of the corporation. In view of the allegation made by the petitioner, I have examined the response of the concerned officer in affidavit dated 7th July 2025 read with the sketch annexed at Exhibit B to the affidavit. Considering the response in the affidavit dated 7th July 2025 and the contents of the additional affidavit dated 21st July 2025 and in by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date: 2025.08.06 22:39:34 +0200 particular paragraph nos. 4, 5 and 6 read with the structure RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI 1/2
13-CP-330-2025.docx described in the suit notice, I am prima facie of the opinion that the officers of the corporation in breach of the orders passed by this court, has demolished the petitioner's structure.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the corporation seeks time to explain the action taken by the officers of the corporation and if possible, rectify the actions. Since he seeks time to make an attempt to rectify the situation and file additional affidavit, I refrain today from issuing contempt notice.

As requested by the learned senior counsel for the corporation, by way of last chance to the corporation, list this petition on 18th August 2025. To be listed under the caption for "Directions". To be listed along with Appeal from Order No. 874 of 2024.
