This Contempt Petition has been filed for violation of the order dated 17th February, 2025 passed in Writ Petition NO. 16298 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter to some extent, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Petition with the liberty to challenge the communication dated 22nd March, 2025 in a fresh writ petition.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
