By the present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the applicant / wife is seeking transfer of H.M.P. No.172 of 2025 from the file of learned Family Court, Jalgaon, to the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amalner, District Jalgaon.

Despite service, none appeared for the non-applicant.

Considering the grounds set out in the application as well as the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of N.C.V. Aishwarya Vs. A. S. Saravana Karthik Sha, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 1199, the H.M.P. No.172 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Jalgaon, is hereby transferred to the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amalner, District Jalgaon. 5.
