Learned counsel Mr. S. Y. Mahajan has made a statement that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the non-applicant and undertakes to file Vakalatnama during the course of the day and seeks time to file reply.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties made a statement on instructions that the applicant and non applicant are ready and willing to settle the matrimonial dispute through mediator. Therefore, both the parties are directed to appear before the trained mediator Advocate Shri R. M. Deshmukh.

The parties to appear before the learned Mediator on 19.01.2026. Thereafter, the Mediator shall furnish report as early as possible.

Stand over to 10.02.2026. Earlier interim relief to continue till then.
