Heard the learned counsel for the applicant at length. 2.

On 17.01.2026, this Court issued notice to the non applicant, however, it appears that the non applicant refused to accept the notice and said envelope is returned with postal endorsement. Therefore, the respondent is served, but failed to appear in the matter. 3.

By the present application, filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the applicant-wife is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 209 of 2024, from the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shrirampur, District Ahilyanagar, to the file of Family Court Pune.

Considering the facts and the grounds set out in the memo

934mca343.25 of application and considering the convenience of the applicant-wife, this Court is of the view that, the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 209 of 2024 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shrirampur, District Ahilyanagar, needs to be withdrawn and it needs to be transferred to the file of the learned Family Court Pune, for adjudication. Hence, I proceed to pass following order :

ORDER

(i) The Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

(ii) The Hindu Marriage No. 209 of 2024 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shrirampur, District Ahilyanagar and it is transferred to the file of Family Court Pune.
