Today, applicant- Jayshree Sudarshan Boyane and non applicant - Sudarshan Vankat Boyane are personally present before this Court.

On 30.01.2026, this Court passed an order and referred the applicant and non applicant to the mediation. Accordingly, a trained Mediator Mr. Rahul R. Sancheti, who was appointed as Mediator and he has submitted his report dated 16.02.2026 stating that, the mediation is successful in terms of settlement and enclosed with the settlement report which reads as under :

Both the parties present. Applicant ready to go her marital home with her husband with following conditions.

They can withdraw all the cases filed against each other and also husband filed one R.C.S. 526 of 25 against sister-in-law in Darashiv Court.

Both are ready to withdraw all cases each other. .

The said mediation report alongwith terms and conditions are taken on record and marked as Exhibit- "X" for identification. 4.

Since both the parties have amicably settled their dispute and decided to withdraw the counter cases lodged against each other as per the enclosure of the report, therefore, it would be just and proper to dispose of this application in terms of mediation report. 5.
