We have perused the order dated 16th November, 2021 passed by the Writ Bench in Writ Petition No.8485/2007, by which certain directions were issued to the Respondent-Contemnor viz. a personal hearing to the Petitioner was to be granted and a reasoned order was to be passed within 8 weeks from the date of hearing.
