CORAM:
SUMAN SHYAM & MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, JJ.
DATED:
16TH SEPTEMBER 2025.
PC:- 1.
This contempt case is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 16.11.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8485 of 2007.
2.
Mr. S.S. Pakale, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner submits that although on 13.08.2025, Respondent No.3 has passed an order in compliance of the order dated 16.11.2021 passed by this Court, yet the order is not to the satisfaction of his client. 16th September 2025 Kartikeya
3-CP-363-2025.DOC Moreover, the said order has been passed long after the expiry of the time fixed by the Court order. By filing reply, the Respondent has furnished some explanation for the delay in issuing the order. We have taken note of the same.
3.
Be that as it may, since Respondent No.3 has already passed an order on 13.08.2025 disposing of the representation of the Petitioner, hence, if she is not satisfied with the order, the proper course of action for the Petitioner, in our opinion, would be to file an independent Writ Petition assailing the same. By granting liberty to the Petitioner, to avail of appropriate legal remedy as may be permissible under the law, this contempt case is closed. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.)
