The learned counsel appearing for the non applicant made a statement that the non applicant is ready and willing to settle the dispute through Mediator. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that before the learned trial court, mediation was tried but it was not successful due to non cooperation on behalf of the non applicant. Despite of this, the applicant is ready and willing to settle the dispute, if the non applicant cooperates. 2.

In view of the above, both parties shall appear before the Learned Secretary, Legal Aid Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad on 06.04.2026. Thereafter, the learned Secretary shall refer the parties to the trained mediator and submit mediation report before the next date.

Stand over to 09.04.2026. Earlier interim order, if any, to continue till then.
