Learned Advocate for both parties submitted that the parties have arrived at a compromise out of the Court. Accordingly, they have prepared the compromise terms, and in view thereof, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with the Application. As per the settlement terms, they have agreed to cohabit together. Therefore, his statement is accepted. 2.
Learned Advocate for the Applicant also tendered a copy of the compromise terms across the bar. The parties are present and admit the contents of the compromise terms and their signatures thereon. The same is taken on record and marked as exhibit 'X' for identification purposes.

In view of the above, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
