Learned Advocate for both parties mentioned the matter at Sr. No. 31, at 05.00 pm and submitted that the parties have arrived at a settlement between them before the Mediator. 2.

Perusal of the record indicates that the Mediator has filed his report along with the terms of compromise dated 27-04-2026 before the Court, stating that the "Mediation is successful". Therefore, on instructions, they urged the disposal of the Application. The Mediation report, along with the compromise terms, is taken on record.

As per the compromise terms, the Respondent agrees to withdraw the Petition No. A-305/2025 pending before the learned

Perused the Application. It reveals that the Applicant has filed the proceeding for seeking the transfer of the Petition No. A305/2025 pending before the learned Family Court, Nanded, to the learned Family Court, Sangli.

Learned Advocate for the Respondent, on instructions, undertakes to withdraw the Petition bearing No. A-305/2025 pending before the learned Family Court, Nanded. His undertaking is accepted. 6.

In view of the compromise terms, facts of the case and undertaking/statement made by the learned Advocate for the Respondent, the learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file afresh, if the Respondent fails to withdraw the Petition bearing No. A-305/2025 pending before the learned Family Court, Nanded. His statement is accepted.

In view of the above statements, the Applicant is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
