We have perused the order dated 22.01.2025, passed by the Writ Court. There is no dispute that the bills are forwarded to the Education Officer on 10.02.2025. The order of this Court indicates in paragraph 3 & 4 that after the bills are received by the Education Officer within four weeks, he shall take a decision on the said bills within eight weeks and inform the Petitioner as well as the Respondent.

What is submitted by the Education Officer is that he forwarded the bills to the Divisional Deputy Director of Husen

917 CP-426-2025.odt Education on 28.02.2025. He submits that the said bills now are within the jurisdiction of the Divisional Deputy Director of Education, as well as, the Director of Education. He further submits that even the Management has a role to play after the Director takes a decision.

In view of the above, we permit the Petitioner to add the Divisional Deputy Director, Pune and Director of Education, State of Maharashtra at Mumbai and the Secretary of the Education Institution, as Respondent Nos. 2 to 4. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Liberty to file physical copy of the amended copy.

Issue notice to the Respondents Nos.1, 2, 3 and 4, as per the format prescribed under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, returnable on 04.08.2025.
