We are informed by Mr. Samant, learned Government Pleader, that in pursuance of an order dated 25th September 2025, the survey could not be undertaken. As to why the survey could not be undertaken and as to what were the site conditions, needs to be placed on record. Let an affidavit to that effect be filed alongwith appropriate materials/photographs. We also clarify that for the reason of the rainy season as orally told to us, that the demarcation could not be undertaken, in that event let the same be undertaken when the season is appropriate and the survey would become feasible.

The aforesaid statement as made by Mr. Samant is disputed on behalf of the Petitioners. Let the Petitioners also place on record the affidavit alongwith photographs.

The survey report, if any, be placed on record of this Court. 4.

With such observations, we adjourned the proceedings to 12th November 2025 (H.O.B).
