We have perused the order dated 24th August, 2022 passed by the Writ Bench in Writ Petition No.6326/2022 and 6310/2022. 1/2

For the reasons recorded in the order dated 4th July, 2014 in Writ Petition No.243/2007 and the fact that Review Petition No.119/2016 was decided on 19th April, 2017, the Writ Petition was allowed. Special Leave Petition filed by the State has been dismissed on 5th December, 2024 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Petitioners were held entitled to the benefits of the pay scale as per the Government Resolution dated 27th February, 2006. These directions are still not complied with.

In view of the above, issue notice to Respondent No.2 under the Contempt of Courts Act, in the format prescribed, returnable on 19th August, 2025.
