The contempt petition has been filed alleging breach of the order dated 14.12.2023 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the Society appeared and submitted that the petitioners have not been co-operating with the respondent No.2. Respondent No.2-SLR has listed the matter for consideration tomorrow i.e. on 29.07.2025 at 11.00 a.m. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has not been given notice of the hearing. However, he submits that if the matter is listed tomorrow, he will appear before respondent No.2 tomorrow at 11.00 a.m. Respondent No.2, in terms of the order dated 14.12.2023 passed by this Court to hear the petitioners as well as respondent No.3 and after giving personal hearing to the petitioners and respondent No.3, comply with the order Amk 1/2

13-cp 490-25.doc dated 14.12.2023 within a further extended period of eight weeks from tomorrow. The petitioners to co-operate with respondent No.2. 2.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
