Learned Counsel for the respondent has tendered an affidavit on behalf of the respondent No.2 - Vijayanand S. Sharma, the Sub-Divisional Officer of Ulhasnagar Division, Ulhasnagar. The same is taken on record.

From a perusal of the said affidavit, it appears that the order dated 3rd October, 2024 passed in the aforesaid writ petition has been complied with, albeit, belated.

For not complying the order within the stipulated period, the respondent No.2 has tendered his unconditional apology. The same is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, since the order has been complied with, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. 5.
