Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to add the respondents in the writ petition as party respondents in this petition. Leave granted.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Learned advocate for the petitioners shall also annex a copy of the injunction order which is to be implemented.

Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that despite the directions issued by this court vide order dated 18th October 2023, the respondent-contemnor has not provided police protection. The Page no. 1 of 2
13-cp=494-2025-wp-13753-2022.doc Police Inspector of the concerned police station is therefore made party in this petition.

Issue notice before admission to the contemnor as well as the original respondents. Notice is made returnable on 15th November 2025.

In addition to the court notice, learned advocate for the petitioners to serve the respondents, by private notice and file affidavit of service, before the next date.
