Ms. Bhilare, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1-Bank, submits that the premises of the Petitioner has already been vacated and the Bank is ready and willing to pay the agreed rent for occupying the tenanted premises till the last date of occupation of the premises. She, therefore, submits that the bills will be processed and cleared as soon as the same are received from the Receiver. If that be so, this Contempt Case can be closed on the above submission of learned Counsel of the Respondent No.1-Bank.

As such, the Contempt Petition stands closed by making it clear that the amount of arrear rent be processed and released, after receipt of the bill, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

If the Petitioner continues to remain aggrieved in the matter, it will be open for it to avail appropriate legal remedy, as may be permissible under the law.

The Contempt Petition stands closed.
