Learned counsel for the Petitioner prima facie has made out a case for disobedience of the order dated 13th February 2025, whereby this Court dismissed the Criminal Revision Application, filed by the Applicant therein i.e. Rahul Bhupatlal Pujara and others and imposed, costs of Rs.20,000/- to be paid by the said Applicant to Respondent No.1-Ms. Kavita Kumari Rahul Pujara, therein 2.

This Court also did not disturb the order passed by the trial Court whereby maintenance of Rs.10,000/- was granted to the Petitioner-wife herein I.e. Ms. Kavita Kumari Rahul Pujara. However, today none appears on behalf of the Respondent. It is the submission on behalf of the Petitioner that the Respondent has not made any payment to the Petitioner so far. In the Bailiff's report, it is seen that the Respondent is not found at the place, the service is sought to be effected. It appears that the Respondent is trying to avoid service of the aforesaid Petition.

In view thereof private notice be served by the Petitioner to the Respondent by all modes available under law and further substituted service as per Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code, be also made. 5.

Before any proceedings are initiated under the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, this Court deems it fit to issue a Show Cause Notice to the aforesaid contemnors to show cause as to why the proceedings under contempt of Court Act 1971, should no be initiated. Reply to the Show Cause be filed within three weeks from today.

Let the matter be placed for further consideration on 22nd December 2025. Petitioner to file affidavit of service on or before the next date. 7.

The publication of the pending proceedings shall be made in English and vernacular newspapers which are widely circulated at the last known address of the Respondent.
