This contempt petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 13th February 2025 in Criminal Revision Application No. 344 of 2024. By the said order, this Court has dismissed the revision filed by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein against the order of maintenance in favour of the petitioner. This Court directed the respondents to pay costs of Rs.20,000/- to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present Contempt Petition, the respondents have paid the costs of Rs.20,000/- to the petitioner. As regards non-compliance of the order of maintenance, the petitioner has already filed an execution proceedings.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the present Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is thus dismissed.
