A serious grievance is made that respondent No.2 has not deliberately decided the appeal despite an order passed by this Court on 23rd June, 2025 directing respondent No.2 - Appellate Authority to decide the appeal expeditiously and in any case on or before 11th July, 2025.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that despite notice having been served on the Appellate Authority twice, even no date of hearing of the appeal has been fixed. 4.

The learned AGP seeks time to take instructions. 5.
