Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Ms. Srivastava, the learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the Appeal could not be decided within the stipulated period on account of the Monsoon Session of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Appeal would posted for hearing in the next week and within three ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.08.01 09:18:33 +0530 weeks from today, the Appellate Authority would decide the Appeal. 3.
In view of the aforesaid statements, at this stage, the Court refrains from initiating any action, and proposes to defer the Contempt Petition by a period of three weeks.

It is hereby made clear that, if the action as aforesaid undertaken, is not taken by the Appellate Authority, the Court would be constrained to view the matter seriously and initiate appropriate action for contempt of the order of this Court.
