In such view of the matter, Mr. Rao prays for two weeks time to file an affidavit-in-reply. Time as prayed for is granted. 3.
In the meantime, it is open for the petitioner to approach the
LSP 2 39 cp 563.25.doc concerned officer with the materials to indicate that the debris is still lying at site. If that is so, the concerned officer of the Corporation shall take immediate steps to effectively comply with the order passed by this Court in its letter and spirit. This may also be dealt with in the affidavit-in-reply to be filed by the Corporation. 4.
