The willful disobedience of order dated 17th January 2025 passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 1773 of 2020 is alleged. The order reads s under :- "1.

On 12/02/2021, the Petitioner had received a communication from the Chairman of Sahyadri Parisar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Pachal, and in the wake of said communication since the Management has expressed its willingness to update the service book of the Petitioner, the osk 1 of

24-Cp-565-2025.docx learned counsel for the Petitioner seek permission to withdraw the Petition. Permission granted. Writ Petition stand disposed off as withdrawn.

We expect the management to ensure the necessary compliance within a period of six weeks from today." 2.

As could be seen, the Respondent - Management (Respondent Nos.1 & 2 herein) had expressed willingness to update the service book of the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 has tendered across the bar reply. The reply is taken on record. He submits that the service book has been updated in terms of the communication dated 12th February 2021. Thus, it is suggested that the order under question has been duly complied with. 4.

It appears that the Petitioner has a grievance regarding updation of the service book, for which an independent remedy is available. In our view, the Petitioner must approach the appropriate forum for redressal of such grievance. He cannot allege disobedience of the order on that basis. 5.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Ambulkar, however, seeks time on the ground that the arguing counsel is not present. 6.

Stand over to 5th May 2026.
