We have perused the order dated 26th March, 2025, passed by the Writ Bench in Writ Petition No.8574 of 2024. The grievance of the Petitioner dates back to the year 2019. 2.
The learned Senior Advocate, Mr. Chavan, appearing on behalf of the MIDC, fairly submits that the MIDC is regretful SUNNY THOTE
906-CP-581-2025-(C).odt and remorseful of having failed in implementing the order of this Court. An apology is tendered. It is assured that within whatever timeline the Court may grant, an appropriate decision in due deference to the order of the Writ Court, would be arrived at. 3.
In view of the above, we grant 30 days' time to the MIDC to ensure compliance of the order, failing which, the act of disobedience shall be construed as aggravated contempt. 4.
In view of the above and since this Petition is at a pre-notice stage, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner fairly submits that the Petitioner is interested in getting the fruits of the order and not in punishing anybody and that this Petition may be disposed off.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is disposed off.
