The present Contempt Petition is iled alleging breach of the order dated 17th October, 2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.35 of 2018.

Learned "B" Panel Counsel would submit that reply aidavit is ready and shall be iled after getting it sworn by the Competent Authority. He would further submit that noting to the facts of the case, in fact, the petitioner ought to have prayed for land in Satara District whereby placing the process in motion before the Competent Authority of Satara District.
