In the Affidavit-in-Reply filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos.4 & 5, in paragraph No.4, it is stated as follows :- "I further say that the Petitioner submitted applications to the District Rehabilitation Office, Satara on 12/05/2023 and 11/07/2025, requesting allotment of alternative land at village Masur, Kambirwadi, Viravde, and Nadshi in District Satara. In connection with the said request for allotment of alternative osk 1 of

43-CP-586-2025-C.doc land, reports have been called for regarding site inspection, availability of the requested land for allotment to the projectaffected person, and whether any claim, dispute, or litigation in respect of the said land is pending before any Court of law. I state that the process of allotment of alternative land to the said project-affected person is presently under process and is being carried out in accordance with the prescribed rules." 2.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions from the Respondent No.4 & 5, submits that the decision on the applications of the Petitioner's dated 12th May 2023 and 11th July 2025 will be taken within four weeks from today. 3.

We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court and dispose of the Contempt Petition.

It is made clear that, if the undertaking is breached and decision is not communicated to the Petitioner within the stipulated time, the same will be treated as aggravated form of contempt.
