In these Petitions, which are at the pre-admission stage, Mr.Kakade, the learned Addl.GP, has taken instructions and makes a solemn statement that the payments due to the Petitioners, will be paid in any case, 2/3
on or before 31st October 2025, keeping in view that the Diwali Festival falls in the third week of October 2025.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the said statement may be recorded, and if the payments are not made, and the Petitioners are required to file Contempt Petitions again, the conduct of the Accused Contemnor would be treated as aggravated contempt. 3.
In view of the above, these Contempt Petitions are disposed off by recording the statement made by the learned Addl. GP, on instructions. 4.
If the payments are not cleared by 31st October 2025, the conduct of the Accused Respondent in the matters before this Court would be treated as aggravated contempt.
