Learned counsel for the parties submit that after the last order dated 09.10.2025, possession of the two flats have been handed over to the Petitioners.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the electricity meter is to be transferred in the name of the Petitioners and certain damaged tiles are to be replaced in Flat No.304. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondent Developer submits that the necessary NOC for transfer of electricity meter will be issued in case of both the flats, within a period of two weeks. She submits that as per the earlier communications, there is some difficulty in finding exact tile for replacement and the developer is trying its best to resolve the issue. 4.

Stand over to 24.11.2025 for reporting final compliance. Husen

It is clarified that this being a disposed-of contempt petition, the matter cannot be kept again and again for reporting compliance. As already document is executed and possession is received, petitioners to adopt reasonable approach.
