Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This Court by an earlier order dated 10th November 2025 has categorically noted that the aforesaid Contempt Petition has been disposed of and the matter cannot be kept again and again for reporting compliance. Today it has been submitted on behalf of Developer-Respondents 1 to 5 that necessary NOC for transfer of electricity meter has already been issued in respect of the flat in question. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has not disputed this position. However, the only issue is regarding replacing of tiles which are not as per the satisfaction of the Petitioner. Learned counsel for Respondents 1 to 5 has submitted that they have identified a similar/exact tile as was installed at the flat MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2025.12.01 18:28:47 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE and has informed the Petitioner to take inspection thereof. 1.CP.606.2025.DOC Petitioner has accepted the offer. Learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that he would like to place on record the photographs of the damaged tiles which the Respondents 1 to 5 has to replace. 3.

It is directed that the Petitioner shall visit within one week from today the office of Respondents 1 to 5 and see the tiles and as far as possible resolve the dispute relating to tiles immediately, as this Contempt Petition cannot be placed for compliance time and again and that too for such minor issue. The Petitioner is directed to take a reasonable approach and not raise quarrel. The Petitioner is directed to place on record photographs of the damaged tiles and provide the copies thereto to the Respondents 1 to 5 Developer. 4.
