DATE : 8th DECEMBER, 2025 P.C. :

1.

As per last Order dated 01.12.2025, learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record certain photographs of the flat in question (being flat no.304). The photographs are taken on record and marked 'X' collectively for identification. 2.

By earlier Order dated 10.11.2025, it was already clarified that this is a disposed of contempt petition and cannot be kept again and again for reporting compliance.

3.

It is a matter of record that during the pendency of the contempt petition, the documents are already executed, possession is received. Last Order dated 01.12.2025 also records that necessary NOC for transfer of electricity meter has already been issued by the Developer. Therefore substantial compliance is over. 4.

It is accordingly directed that this contempt petition be treated as 'closed' and shall not be listed again.
