After hearing the matter for some time, learned Advocates appearing for the parties informed that the Consent Terms and order dated 19.09.2024 has been partially complied with and the parties are at the stage of execution of PAAA.

It appears that wording of clause providing for maintenance payable by the Petitioners to the Respondent No.6 Society, if suitably modified in tune with what is agreed under the Consent Terms between the Petitioners, Developer and the Society, the grievance would be worked out.
