In all these matters, the learned Advocate Mr. Sandeep Dere has submitted, on specific instructions from the State Board, that due to paucity of time, the PNR Number could not be generated. Yesterday, the respective Institutes have been informed to ensure that the verification of the documents is done. Since generation of the PNR Numbers would not be possible due to paucity of time, all these Petitioners-Students would be allowed to take the exams offline by specifically making

arrangements for conducting their examinations, strictly as per the time schedule of the examination applicable to all the students. 2.

We make it clear that for the verification exercise as directed by the State Board, either the Principal or the Vice Principal and no Officer below the rank of Vice Principal would participate in the verification exercise, since the person representing the Institution must have the capacity and the authority to take a spot decision, if required. 3.

The exams would be commencing from 23rd September, 2025 as per the time-table declared earlier. Therefore, there should be no reason to conduct a separate or a special exam for these students. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that none of these Petitioners are interested in seeking any orders of punishment. These Contempt Petitions may be disposed off. 5.

In view of the above, on recording the aforesaid statement, these Contempt Petitions are disposed off.
