This Contempt Petition has been filed by contending that Respondent No.1 Vishal Narwade, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli has not complied with order dated 8th September 2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 11147 of 2025.

This Court by an order dated 22nd December 2025 passed in this Contempt Petition has recorded that although, prima facie the Court is satisfied that Respondent No.1 has committed breach of the order passed by this Court, still issued simple notice to the Respondent No.1 and 1 of

directed him to comply with the said order dated 22nd December 2025 passed by this Court. The said order dated 22nd December 2025 reads as under :- "1.

In the first instance, issue simple notice to the respondent No.1 returnable on 15th January 2026.

Though, prima facie, we are of the opinion that the respondent No.1 has committed breach of the order passed by this Court, we still are inclined to grant time to the respondent No.1 to comply with the order passed by this Court within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. If the order is not complied with, we will be constrained to take a serious view of the matter and may insist on the presence of the respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner assures that the copy of this order will be placed on record of the respondent No.1 on 29th December 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that Respondent No.1 has not complied with the order even till date. He states that order dated 22nd December 2025 has been pointed out to Respondent No.1 - Vishal Narwade, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli on 26th December 2025 and inspite of that he has not complied with that order.

As prima facie it is clear that the Respondent No.1 - Vishal 2 of

Narwade, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli has breached the said order dated 8th September 2025 as also order dated 22nd December 2025, the Respondent No.1 - Vishal Narwade shall remain present in this Court on 10th March 2026 at 02.30 p.m.

Learned AGP states that this order will be communicated to Mr. Vishal Narwade, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli. 6.

Registry also to take steps to immediately communicate this order to Vishal Narwade, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli. 7.

Stand over to 10th March 2026 at 02.30 p.m.

It is made clear that if the Respondent No.1 - Vishal Narwade, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli fails to remain present in this Court, then Non-bailable Warrant will be issued against him to secure his presence.
