P. C. :

1.

This is a petition for initiation of contempt of Court proceedings. 2.

According to the Petitioner, order dated 29th January 2025 has not been complied with. Paragraph No.4 of the said order reads thus : "4.

Needless to state, if the Petitioner applies in the General Transfers, he be considered strictly in accordance with the Government Resolution and the policies, as may be applicable" 3.

According to the Respondents, claim of the Petitioners has been considered.

4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that Petitioner's claim should have been considered in terms of the Government Resolution dated 21st June 2023 and not in terms of the Government Resolution dated 7th April 2021.

Patil-SR 1 of

69 Cp-634-2025.doc 5.

Be that as it may, terms of the order dated 29th January 2025 indicates that it was not in the nature of directions. Even the case of the Petitioners was considered. We do not see any breach of the said order muchless intentional or deliberate.

6.

We are therefore not inclined even to issue notice in this contempt petition.

7.

Petition stands dismissed.
