The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that a solemn statement has been made before the Family Court hearing in Civil Miscellaneous Application No.90 of 2023 that Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner atleast an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- per every financial year. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner disputes the said position.

However, from the statement of payments attached at Exhibit-D to the Respondent's own Affidavit only amount of Rs.26,000/- appears to katkam Page No.

k 2/2 45 cp 672.25 as.doc have been paid in the current financial year. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent seeks time to take instruction about further payments to be made atleast in pursuance of the said assurance given before the Family Court.

List the Contempt Petition for further consideration on 6 November 2025.

In the meantime, time to decide Civil Miscellaneous Application No.90 of 2023 by the Family Court shall stand extended till 30 November 2025.
